Founded in 1979, PIBOMULTI has more than a hundred employees and over the years has specialised in the development of precise, robust and reliable machining heads for a wide range of industrial sectors, including the automotive, aerospace, medical and watchmaking industries.
PIBOMULTI owes its success to its founder, Pierre Boschi, a micro-mechanic with a passion for innovation in machining. From the very start of the company, he focused on quality and performance, developing technical solutions to help manufacturers optimise their manufacturing processes. His pragmatic approach and ability to anticipate market developments have enabled PIBOMULTI to establish itself as a key player in its sector.
PIBOMULTI has historic links with EMISSA, a sister company specialising in the development and manufacture of special machines, particularly for the watchmaking and automotive sectors.

Means of production
Our production is 90% in-house, with only heat treatments outsourced, providing us with great flexibility in workflow and organization, allowing us to optimize production times and meet our clients' demands. Our extensive, modern, and top-quality machine fleet ensures production capacity and the required precision. A skilled workforce that lives up to our reputation, combined with watchmaking expertise applied to mechanics, places us among the world's leaders in the driven tools sector.
Environmental policy
Pibomulti, an active player in the ecological transition, implements sustainable and responsible practices to reduce its environmental footprint. One of its main commitments is optimizing the management of energy resources. In 2019, the company covered its entire roof with solar panels, producing a significant portion of its electricity consumption. This initiative allows Pibomulti to reduce its dependence on fossil fuels by generating a large part of the electricity required for its operations.
Moreover, Pibomulti favors an internally driven production process, thereby limiting the transportation of components and finished products, which reduces emissions related to transport. This approach ensures better quality control while reducing logistical impact.
