Chief Sales Officer (CSO) Group

Your missions: Development, Synergy & Digitalisation

Reporting directly to the General Management and a key member of the Executive Committee, you have a clear mandate to shake up the status quo.

Proactive Pivot & Conquest Continue the transformation of our reactive approach into a proactive prospecting strategy. Develop our market share in new sectors requiring our Swiss standards of precision.
Synergy «One Group» Unify the commercial offer (Emissa machines and Pibomulti tools).
You also integrate and transform the After-Sales Service and the subcontracting offering into a genuine lever for loyalty and profitability.
Technical Sales Partner Work in close symbiosis with the 5 members of the Management Board to make technical expertise your best selling point.
Sponsor of Digitalisation Lead the digital transformation of the sales force. Eliminate siloed working, deploy the CRM and establish a culture of interconnected data with our ERP.

Your Profile: Leader, Pragmatic & Visionary

Formation Engineering degree (Automation, Mechanical, Microtechnology, or other higher technical qualification), supplemented by a business/commercial degree (or vice versa: higher business/commercial degree with a very strong affinity for and proven experience in technology and machine tools).
Experience 10+ years in B2B sales of complex industrial equipment, with a strong network in at least one of our target growth sectors.
Know-how You possess natural leadership qualities that enable you to rally teams around digital initiatives and overcome resistance to change. You are solutions-oriented and focused on achieving «quick wins».
Language skills Perfect command of French and English. German is a major asset. Perfect understanding of the challenges of the Swiss export industry.
